Sponsorship funds received online or postmarked by 11:59 p.m. on December 31 are tax-deductible in the year they are given. The Arc of Texas is a 501(c)(3). Our tax identification number is 74-1342667.

Sponsorship Options
Contact us to discuss sponsorship opportunities and related visibility options. The following sponsorship needs are available, and we are also open to customizing a sponsorship package if you have something else in mind.
The Arc of Texas Event Space ($50,000, exclusive): Put your support of The Arc of Texas on display with a naming donation to assist with the expense of our event space, available for rent by the public.
The Arc of Texas Conference Room ($30,000, exclusive): Put your support of The Arc of Texas on display with a naming donation to assist with the expense of the conference room in our new, beautiful office space, equipped with video-conference technology.
Help deliver disability rights news to ~6,000 subscribers (Texas disability professionals, self-advocates and family, elected officials, government staff, business owners).
Advocacy Booster ($10,000, exclusive per year): Fuel our public policy advocacy efforts — an especially critical need during Texas’ Legislative Session.
Master Pooled Trust Booster ($10,000, exclusive per year): Support our Master Pooled Trust operations — one of the top five largest trusts with pooled assets under management in the U.S.
Information & Referrals Booster ($10,000, exclusive per year): Help us respond to thousands of information and referral requests received each year from Texans with IDD and their families.

Show your pride when the nation shines a social media spotlight on disability rights advocates in July. Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn posts are often shared by The Arc of the U.S.
Have A Heart for The Arc Day Sponsor ($3,000, exclusive per year): Help us deliver sweet Valentine’s Day treats to more than 200 Texas Capitol offices, encouraging elected officials and staff to “Have a Heart for The Arc.”
Tour Across Texas Sponsor ($2,000 region-specific, multiple): Help us travel to local chapter of The Arc of Texas across the state to provide disability rights advocacy training and build relationships. Sponsorship is split between the local chapter and The Arc of Texas.
Policy Advocacy Days Sponsor ($1,500, multiple): Help us promote and host topic-specific policy advocacy days at the Texas Capitol. Attendees include disability rights self-advocates, parents/family, folks working in related fields, state legislators and their staff.
Make your allyship known with a meaningful gift that advances our mission. Fulfill this annual commitment via a one-time donation of $300 or by setting up a monthly gift of $25 for 12 months. You’ll be a part of our The Arc of Texas Allies Giving Circle, receive exclusive communications from our CEO, and be included in our Impact Report.
