Request a Disbursement
The beneficiary of the trust and and their support system determine how their funds can be distributed, and the primary representative can submit disbursement requests on behalf of the beneficiary at any time. When processing disbursement requests, The Arc of Texas ensures funds are not used in a way that could jeopardize the beneficiary’s eligibility for government benefits.
