Throughout The Arc of Texas website, in particular when creating a membership registration, donating online, completing an action alert, registering for a special event, purchasing a product, or completing various survey forms โ€” visitors are asked to list name, address, and other personal contact information. The Arc of Texas has partnered with AWeber, an Internet software and services company that provides online electronic email and constituent relationship management solutions, as well as Harness, an online donation platform. Information collected through The Arc of Texas is securely stored, and is only accessible to a few employees of The Arc of Texas who manage our online audience engagement. The Arc of Texas will not disclose visitorโ€™s name or any personally identifiable information (such as email address or phone number) to any party.

Neither The Arc of Texas nor our above-mentioned partners store sensitive information such as credit card numbers. When an online transaction is completed through The Arc of Texas website, such as a charitable contribution, credit card information is used solely for the purpose of completing that specific transaction and is not retained in a database.
